1. Scope of Services

Intertoons provides Shopify development, integration, and B2B commerce consulting services to business clients.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely access to required systems, business contacts, and implementation approvals.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise defined in a signed agreement, custom work created for clients is assigned upon final payment completion.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are due as specified in signed proposals or service agreements. Late payments may affect delivery timelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

Intertoons is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate service engagements based on the notice and cure periods defined in the applicable contract.
